It's been a while since I shopped at Nordstrom (I no longer live in the US) but they have the best customer service and the most seamless returns process ever. I'm very surprised to see all the negative reviews on here. I'm not sure if anything changed during the pandemic, but before that I had zero problems and I wouldn't be surprised if I've placed a hundred orders with them. Their agents were patient and helpful and I never had any issues processing a return.

I have been a customer of NORDSTROM for quite some time now. They are really great. They deliver on their promises in a timely fashion manner. Their employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Always had a great experience with them. If you haven’t, you should try them.

I love shopping at Nordstrom. Excellent customer service, excellent quality. It's pricier but you get what you pay for. I prefer to have top-quality, well made clothes and have less of them than lots of cheaply made clothes.

I've been shopping with them for years, they take customer care very seriously - no long wait times to speak with anybody on the phone or via chat. They are extremely fair to the customer, and accept returns with no hassle. I love shopping with them!

I have been shopping at Nordstrom for many years, and have experienced the most seamless customer service there. I brought in a bracelet that had gotten caught on my car door and gotten unstrung. It immediately was replaced! I always shop the sales or price matched items, and the value and quality is excellent. My favorite department store!

They have amazing shoes. Like thi sone - Sam Edelman Yaro Ankle Strap Sandal (Women). Now, these are offered at a discounted price and I ordered the. No delays in delivery. They fit me perfectly.

VERY impressed with my recent shopping experience at Nordstrom downtown Seattle! I shopped for my daughter's boots during my lunch break. Sales Associate Brandon R. was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, professional, responsive and respectful of my short amount of time. It was heartwarming to see a Nordstrom sales associate exemplify Nordstrom's old-school sales experience and customer relations values during this difficult age of COVID. Thanks, Brandon!

I have used Ultius many times. When you work full time and go to school full time it gets hard to focus on classes that are not quite as important... as your main classes. Just recently I had to write a summary on an article for Political Science. I submitted for Ultius to help writing a 600-800 word summary of the article while I was able to solely focus on studying for my stats test. Once I received my summary I was able to proof read and accept it. So far Ultius has not let me down when in a bind. Read more

I recently needed to return an item to the Fashion Island store in Newport Beach and went to customer service to complete the return. The woman that helped me was delightful, friendly and fast. I love this store and their consistently exceptional service

My experience with Nordstrom.com has mainly been pleasant. They have the BEST refund policy there is. Refunds are free and there is no time limit on refunds issued. There were a few occasions where I encountered mishaps, but it's so far and in between that it doesn't deter from my shopping experience. One time, an order didn't arrive (small ring), and I didn't catch it in time. Apparently, they only allow 30 days for you to review your items and notice anything missing. Easy if you only buy a few items, but during Christmas time, when many items are purchased, it's hard to keep track of little items such as a ring. They didn't issue me a refund for the ring that never arrived. Good thing it wasn't too expensive, otherwise, I'd be fuming. Another mishap occurred when I ordered $300 Beats headphones. It wasn't what I expected, so I sent it back for a refund. After months of not getting a refund, I contacted customer service and they could NOT locate the order. Luckily, I had saved the receipt from the post office to prove that I had sent the item. Thank goodness, because if I didn't save the post office receipt, Nordstrom could not have located the item. Nordstrom blamed the post office for losing the item, but when I spoke to the post office, they sent me an exact item destination print out of where the item was. Turns out, Nordstrom people lost it (which happens), but I'm glad it turned out fine. Had my package been lost and I was not refunded the $300, I would have been furious!

I've been shopping at Nordstrom.com for years and these two mishaps are not strong enough for me to be dissatisfied or deter me from shopping at Nordstrom.com.

Great place for a haul, im actually rarelly satisfied with such websites but this one turned to be good, i appreciate the work of the whole company

Was a little skeptical reading the reviews online, but ordered anyway! I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 shadows and they came in right on time & I LOVE them! Even during the virus and everything that's going on they delivered! 11/10, online tracking for the shipping was perfect as well!
